When the Win7 upgrade was done, Upgrade Assistant upgraded Internet Explorer and a few other programs but it did not reinstall or upgrade Trend Micro. I just finished my upgrade from Vista 64 to Win7 64 and have the same problem. When I began my Win7 upgrade, the Upgrade Assistant told me that Windows 7 is incompatible with the Trend Micro Internet Security (15-month subscription) that came with my 435T and that I had to uninstall it.
